The Fangoria Chainsaw Awards 2022 was out on Shudder on May 15th. The prerecorded event with a wide stretched audience featured faces from everywhere.

From the recording, it was evident that the filming that the show was pretty much pieced together. Later on, it was all edited to confide as an event. The Fangoria event honors the special horror movies from last year.

The award night was a simple straightforward affair.  Here is the full list of award winners for 2022.

To present the first award, we could see Harry Manfredi, the popular composer.

Winner: John Carpenter, Cody Carpenter, Daniel Davies, Halloween Kills

Peaches Christ and Michael Varrati presented the Fangoria Chainsaw for the Best First Feature.

Joe Lo Truglio and Victor Crowley gave this award.

Winner: Millicent Simmonds, A Quiet Place Part II

Jim Cummings, the actor-director took the responsibility to give this award.

Winner: MastersFX, Steven Kostanski, PG: Psycho Goreman

Darcy, the mail girl delivered the award.

Fangoria’s editor-in-chief Phil Nobile Jr. gave the awards.

Winner: Woodlands Dark and Days Bewitched

To present the awards, Dr. Rebekah McKendry was on the stage.

Winner: The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs

Dracula the hosts of The Boulet Brothers presented Best Makeup FX

Winner: Christopher Nelson, Halloween Kills

Josh Ruben and Harvey Guillén gave the award for Best Screenplay.

Winner: Ben Collins, Luke Piotrowski, The Night House

Jolene Richardson, the costume designer presented the award.

Winner: Odile Dicks-Mireaux, Last Night in Soho

Alejandro Brugués, a chainsaw award winner presented this award.

Bryan Fuller and Tananarive Due gave this award.

Radio Silence, gave the final award.
