These intense scenes from the Chainsaw Man manga will definitely be at the center of fans' attention in the upcoming adaptation of the series.
The long-awaited Chainsaw Man animated series is finally on its way, and fans are already loving the amazing level of animation they've seen so far. The recent teasers and trailers have definitely done the original manga series justice, truly capturing the charisma of each character and setting them into motion beautifully.

While the fanbase has been rather eager to see the entire series be fully animated, there are specific scenes that fans have been anticipation in particular, wondering how the transition from static, black-and-white to fluid, full color movement will turn out in the end. Here are some of the most highly anticipated scenes Chainsaw Man fans are eager to see in the upcoming animated series.
So far, audiences have seen a sneak peek of Denji's transformation into his hybrid form in the recently released trailers, and it goes to say that fans can't wait to see the full end product! Denji's hybrid form is one of the more complex character designs in the series, and some of the details can be lost in the black and white artstyle of the manga.
Finally being able to see a colored version of Denji's chainsaws design, fully in motion, complete with the revving of his chainsaws, will be a dream come true for hardcore fans.
There are quite a few high-paced, action-packed fight scenes throughout the series, but there is something rather special about Kishibe's hand-to-hand battle with Quanxi. Up until this point, the audience had only really seen small glimpses into Kishibe's combat abilities during his training sessions with Denji and Power, but it was easy to see he was clearly holding back.
This was the point in the series where the audience finally saw Kishibe go all out against a formidable enemy. Being able to see Kishibe and Quanxi's fight finally fully in motion, and carefully choreographed will definitely be one of the highlights of the series.
Aside from full color, motion, and full soundtrack, a manga can still deliver a fantastic story, just like a fully animated series can. However, one of the most obvious things that is left to the reader's imagination when reading a manga series without an animation are the voices of each character.

So far, audience have heard a few voices, like Denji, Power, and Makima. Little Pochita however, hasn't been able to have his time in the spotlight just yet. Pochita has a few moments where he gets to speak and fans just can't wait to hear how the little chainsaw devil will sound! Will Pochita have a cutesy high-pitched voice? Or an eerily deep one to reflect his powerful status as a dangerous devil?
The whole scene set in hell is incredible from an artistic point of view (to Denji and friends, it was likely more horrific than artistic!). The Chainsaw Man's rendition of hell is unique and isn't the typical version of hell being dark and fiery like many have seen depicted in other forms of media throughout the years. Hell in the Chainsaw Man universe is depicted as a surrealist vast field littered with cleanly severed body parts, with a massive mosaic of doors in place of a clear, blue sky.
The entire arc that happens in the depths of hells before Makima finally arrives to rescue her team is essentially one big fever dream that will surely be even more terrifying when set in full motion.
While Denji's first kiss may have been a bit traumatic to him, audiences can't help but find it even just a little hilarious. The entire drinking scene that plays out in the restaurant will definitely be a segment that fans will be looking forward to finally see.
A large chunk of the series is rather heavy and dark, so the scene of everyone finally being able to sit back and relax with a drink and good company is a nice change of pace. However, in the drunken flurry of the night, Himeno decides to get a little flirty with Denji and ultimately soils his dream of having the perfect first kiss.
If fans are already getting all hyped up for the little glimpse of Denji's first hybrid transformation, they're sure to lose their minds once they finally get to see Denji's first ever appearance in his full devil form. Denji only unleashes his full devil form once, toward the end of the series, and it was definitely worth the wait.

This horrifying rendition of Denji is much bigger, donning more chainsaws than usual, and wearing his very own intestines as a scarf. This Denji no longer houses his human consciousness, so aside from his aesthetics, fans will be in for a surprise to hear what this Denji will sound like as well. Will he be reduced to making primal growling sounds, or will fans simply hear the sound of his revving chainsaws?
Kobeni, aside from her role as comedic relief, also has the honors of being the ultimate personification of the perfect marriage of nervousness and bad luck. While Kobeni (and her beloved car) had already suffered a great deal at this point in the story and had already gone off to take up a new job away from the work with devils, it seemed as if her previous job as a Public Devil Safety Hunter wasn't done with her quite yet.
In a hilarious (yet equally disturbing) scene when Denji had fully transformed into his devil form, he seeks out Kobeni to finally live out his dreams; and that meant eating some good food and going on a fun date with a cute girl.
Unfortunately for Kobeni, that meant her, and she was forced to play a dance game at an arcade while Denji patiently sat close by to watch. It may not be Kobeni's finest hour but to fans, this scene will be one of the series' biggest highlights.
Denji's big fight against Makima is by far one of the most intense battles throughout the entirety of the series. This entire fight scene is action-packed and terrifying as it's the first time the audience finally sees Makima's true capabilities in battle after her long escapade feigning her status as a regular human being.
Makima is one of the most powerful devils seen in the series so far, so it's only natural that her final face-off with protagonist Denji would be something fans just cannot wait to finally see in color and in action.
